Today’s lunch at the Lloyd Farmers Market

Although Savory et Sweet always bring delicious lunch options, today’s seems extra fantastic.  Their menu includes:

Crepes ~ Pulled Pork with Chipotle Yam; Chicken-Bacon-Cheddar; and the usual suspects….
ARUGULA IS BACK and so is the Green Therapy. 
Arugula Pesto Chicken Salad is the Menagerie Sandwich
& Today’s soup: French Onion with Beef (gluten free), topped with optional grated gruyere cheese.

Kiyokawa still has a wide selection of apples and pears; Greenville is stocked with eggs, roots & squashes; And Nature’s Wild Harvest has fresh stinging nettles (just ask Bill if you need some preparation tips).  Plus coffee, wine, hummus are set and ready for you! And King’s Raven Winery is running a Valentine’s Day special: 15% off 2 bottle or more and you get two glasses for free!

Naked Acres is tending to farm business but will be back next week.   Masala Pop will also return next week with a limited edition flavor special for Valentine’s Day: Saffron Rose Popcorn with Pistachios!

At the Market:

Greenville Farms – fresh no-spray produce, hazelnuts, prunes, cookies, eggs
Kiyokawa Family Orchards – dozens of varieties of apples and pears
Nature’s Wild Harvest – fresh and dried mushrooms and other foraged goodies
Savory et Sweet – crepes, soups, drinks and the Menagerie Snack Plate
The Hummus Stop – hummus, baba gnanoush, pita and other Mediterranean snacks
King’s Raven Winery – locally produced red and white wine made from locally grown grapes
Intent Coffee Roasting – locally roasted coffee beans, hot and iced coffee (ask about how they support coffee farmers)
