June 16 Market Preview

Sulina and Bay’s Farm – strawberries (Totems), herbs, peas, carrots, lettuce and rhubarb (maybe).

Radicle Pastures – Strawberries (Hood) certified organic.

RedTree Farm -breakfast radishes , salad mix, eggs(maybe), and goat’s milk soap this week.

Packer Orchards – pear juice sweetened baked goods, jams and pears. It looks like there may be Chelan cherries this week.

Greenville Farms – Hood and Shuksan strawberries, rhubarb, hazelnuts, prunes and jams.

Unger Farms – Hood strawberries.

Savory et Sweet – crepes and salads.

Katie’s Gluten-Free Home Baking – gluten free baked goods.

Little Pots and Pans – savory tarts, risotto cakes, and mini-tarts.

Rogue Creamery – artisan cheeses.

Xiong Farmer – flowers.

THINK Unique Garden – plant starts.

Pizza Crepe $7: Marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, peppered salami, mushrooms, sauteed peppers, spring bulb onion & spinach.
SW Veggie $7: Pepper-jack cheese, tomatoes, avocado, spring bulb onion & spinach ~ served with sour cream & salsa
Cheese $5: Choice of mozzalla or pepper-jack & spinach
Strawberry $6: Market berries with brown sugar & whip cream
Choc/Berry $6: Shaved dark chocolate, market strawberries & whip cream
Espresso $5: Cracked dark chocolate covered espresso beans & whip cream
Paris $5: Brown sugar, butter & lemon with whip cream
Salad $7: (back by request) Spinach with blue cheese, fresh market strawberries, dried crancherries, sugar glazed walnuts, avocado & poppyseed dressing. Served with Dave’s Killer Bread & butter
