I am so happy spring finally came even if it is technically summer now. You’ll find plenty of strawberries this week from Unger Farms, Greenville Farms, Rick Steffen Farm and Radicle Pastures. Raspberries will be readily available too. Blueberries started showing up in a few markets over the weekend but there weren’t many available. It’s unlikely there will be any tomorrow but check back for a market day post. Cherries will be plentiful this week as well. As for vegetables, you should find greens, onions, kohlrabi, chard, some carrots and spinach. The morel and porcini harvests are starting to wind down but Bill should have some left for tomorrow. With luck he may have some early wild huckleberries. Check for a market day update.
