Nectar Coffee is back this week. Rick Steffen Farm should be back soon. Wild mushroom availability will be tricky. The snow levels dropped pretty quickly. Let’s hope for the best.

Here’s Tuesday’s vendor rundown:

Rick Steffen Farm: chard, spinach, brussels sprouts, potatoes, carrots, kohlrabi, beets, onions. OUT THIS WEEK

Greenville Farms – prunes (fresh and dried), hazelnuts, eggs, and jams, chocolate hazelnut cookies, frozen berries (supply limited), frozen peppers (maybe).

Nature’s Wild Harvest – fresh mushrooms (shiitake, maitake, oyster (maybe), hedgehog, black trumpet (maybe), black truffles (maybe), dried mushrooms, mushroom salt, honey, huckleberry jam, sprouts – Lentil sprouts, Sprouted Red Winter Wheat, Yuletide (aduki, mung, pea), San Francisco Blend (Peanuts, Mung, Adzuki, Black, Crimson, Eston, French Blue & Green Lentils, Green, Speckled & Bill Jump Peas, Black, Brown & Beige Garbanzos).
