Nectar Coffee is out again this week. Todd is recovering well from his surgery but needs another week off. Here is the full Tuesday vendor rundown:
Greenville Farms – rhubarb, prunes (fresh and dried), hazelnuts, eggs, and jams, chocolate hazelnut cookies.
Nature’s Wild Harvest – fresh mushrooms (shiitake, maitake, oyster (maybe)), hedgehog (maybe), morels (maybe), truffles (maybe), dried mushrooms, mushroom salt, honey, huckleberry jam, nettles, fiddlehead ferns, miner’s lettuce (maybe).
THINK Unique Garden – vegetable starts, plants.
Bigfoot Bread – Joshua bread, toasting muffins, pita (maybe), foccacia (maybe), cornbread, good morning bars.
Olympic Provisions – charcuterie including Cacciatore, Chorizo Andalucia, Chorizo Navarre, Chorizo Rioja, Finocchiona, Loukanika, Nola, Salchichon, Saucisson Sec, Saucisson d’Alsace, Saucisson d’Arles, Sopressatta. Won´t You Bean My Neighbor (vegan)
An entirely new creation from SoupCycle! Seven bean soup with carrots, celery, cinnamon and nutmeg! A little sweet and a lot of savory.
Coconut, Curry and Carrot (veggie)
Smooth North Indian carrot soup made rich with coconut milk, spiced with wonderful garam masala and garnished with diced chives.
Chicken Sausage and Kale Minestrone (meaty)
A hearty minestrone made with beans, sweet carrots, sauteed onions and juicy chicken sausage. Seasoned with rosemary, thyme and a splash of red wine.
