Here is Tuesday’s vendor rundown:

Greenville Farms – rhubarb, prunes (fresh and dried), hazelnuts, eggs, and jams, chocolate hazelnut cookies.

Nature’s Wild Harvest – fresh mushrooms (shiitake, maitake, oyster (maybe)), hedgehog (maybe), morels (maybe), truffles (maybe), dried mushrooms, mushroom salt, honey, huckleberry jam, nettles, fiddlehead ferns, miner’s lettuce (maybe).

THINK Unique Garden – vegetable starts, plants.

Bigfoot Bread – Joshua bread, toasting muffins, pita (maybe), foccacia (maybe), cornbread, good morning bars.

Olympic Provisions – charcuterie including Cacciatore, Chorizo Andalucia, Chorizo Navarre, Chorizo Rioja, Finocchiona, Loukanika, Nola, Salchichon, Saucisson Sec, Saucisson d’Alsace, Saucisson d’Arles, Sopressatta. Pot of For Goodness Sake! (vegan)
The SoupCycle soup featured in Food and Wine magazine. Thick and creamy red lentil soup made with carrots, garlic, potatoes, a touch of cumin, a shot of lemon and a kick of cayenne.

Creamy Tomato Basil (veggie)
The classic! Great on its own. Amazing with your homemade grilled cheese sandwich.

Thailandistan (meaty)
Spicy Thai soup created with curry, fresh lime, fish sauce, lemongrass, chicken, brown rice, mushrooms and rich coconut milk.
