July 26 2011 Market Update

THINK Unique Gardens is out this week. Edgar at Fressen Bakery is making his annual trip back to Germany. He will be in Germany for about 5 weeks. Fressen will be back in the market in September. Bigfoot Bread is out on Tuesday but will be at the market on Thursday.

Here is Tuesday’s vendor rundown:

Greenville Farms – strawberries (maybe), raspberries, blueberries, prunes (fresh and dried), hazelnuts, eggs, and jams.

Nature’s Wild Harvest – fresh mushrooms (shiitake, maitake, oyster), porcini (maybe), morels, dried mushrooms, mushroom salt, honey, huckleberry jam.

Unger Farms: strawberries (Albion, Hood), raspberries (Cascade Dawn, Tulameen), blueberries, blackberries (Obsidian).

Bigfoot Bread – OUT BACK ON THURSDAY.

Olympic Provisions – frankfurters, charcuterie including Cacciatore, Chorizo Andalucia, Chorizo Navarre, Chorizo Rioja, Finocchiona, Loukanika, Nola, Salchichon, Saucisson Sec, Saucisson d’Alsace, Saucisson d’Arles, Sopressatta. Fressen Bakery – OUT BACK IN SEPTEMBER.

The Hummus Stop – hummus (8+ flavors), tabouli, baba ganoush, artichoke salad, tzaziki, pita.

Nectar Coffee Company – drip coffee, cold-press coffee, whole bean coffees.
