Live music and more, today at the Lloyd Farmers Market

September 11, 2012

Come enjoy this beautiful fall day at the Lloyd Farmers Market and listen to the talented guitar playing of Marisa Anderson from 11am -1pm! Guitarist Marisa Anderson plays unaccompanied improvisations, unadorned but sharpened by amplification. Rooted in delta blues and country fingerpicking, Marisa stretches the boundaries of these genres to the moon.-Missing Link Records

And of course we have all your  September favorites like sweet corn, heirloom tomatoes and the season’s first apples and pears. The fall flowers are stunning and healthy snacks are plentiful.  He Sells These Shells is joining us this week with hazelnut shells perfect for battling slugs this fall and winter.  And Serious Business Pastries is absent this week, but will be back with fresh baked pretzels.
