Another beautiful day at the Lloyd Farmers Market! Sweet Leaf Farm returns from vacation, and their booth is as bountiful as ever, with lots of tomatoes and basil. Berries of all kinds are plentiful at the market today, including delicious wild blackberries from Bill at Nature’s Wild Harvest. Oregon College of Oriental Medicine has a table in the market today with information about acupuncture and other Eastern medicines.

Chef Jane Hashimiwari of ippai will be in the market today doing a (no-)cooking demonstration on how to prepare a delicious raw beet slaw from market ingredients. The demo will be at 12:30pm, stop by to check it out and pick up a sample and copy of the recipe!

Check below for a full list of vendors and more photos. Naked Acres Farm will return next week. Also next week, Portland Creamery will make a special return appearance at the market with their fresh Oregon goat cheese! See you at the market!
