First strawberries of the season today, and Flying Coyote Farm begins!

Today at the Lloyd Farmers Market a new farm begins their season – Flying Coyote Farm! They are a three-acre farm located in Sandy, OR, growing over 100 different varieties of fruits, vegetables, herbs and flowers. They also offer farm-fresh eggs, goat’s milk soap, and small-batch sauerkraut. Come welcome them to the market!

Also today Greenville Farms has the first strawberries of the season! They only have about ten flats, so make sure and grab some early. See below for a full list of vendors and more photos. Think Unique Gardens will return next week. See you at the market!

Flying Coyote Farm – biodynamic produce, eggs, soap, sauerkraut
Greenville Farms – no-spray produce, hazelnuts, prunes, eggs, sausages
Intent Coffee Roasting – locally roasted coffee beans, hot coffee
Mixteca – traditional Oaxacan tamales and mole
Nature’s Wild Harvest – fresh and dried mushrooms and other foraged goodies
Nourishment – bean/rice bowls, chilequiles, and soups
Obon – Japanese comfort food featuring local produce
Sweetheart Bake Shop – hand pies, cookies and cakes by the slice
The Hummus Stop – hummus, baba gnanoush, pita and other Mediterranean snacks
Xiong Farm – fresh cut flowers
