Tender Spring Roots are in! Bagel Chips debut! Hummus is back!

The weather is mild, the market is set, and all we need is you to come enjoy some rays of sun, freshly harvested veggies, and hand crafted foods. Coveted spring carrots and Japanense turnips fill the baskets at Udan Farm, and French Breakfast radishes and bok choi are stacked up high at Greenville Farms.

The Hummus Stop is back after a week away, so stock up on your favorite flavors (roasted red pepper please) and dip away with some sourdough bagel chips, new at Jen’s Bagels this week.

Harness the wild flavors or spring with fiddleheads and morels from Nature’s Wild Harvest, and bring a splash of spring inside with s bouquet of tulips from Mom’s Flower Farm. See below for a full list of vendors here today.
