It’s Feeling Like Fall at the Lloyd Farmers Market

With some light rain falling, a gentle breeze blowing, and leaves crunching on the ground it sure feels like fall is coming. The first pumpkins have arrived at Greenville Farms, new varieties of pears and apples are showing up weekly at Kiyokawa Family Orchards, the tomatoes and peppers are at their sweetest at Udan Farm, and blue chanterelles are in at Nature’s Wild Harvest. Grapes, strawberries, raspberries and blackberries are all also making their last run at summer over at Unger Farms.

This week’s SNAP Match sponsor, Getaround, is out in the court today with some games, giveaways; and sharing how you can car-share with them in Portland. Download the app and use the promo get.co//lloyd to sign up get $50 free driving credit today.

With hot coffee at Central City Coffee, steaming tamales at Mixteca, and crepes made to order at Cafe de Crepe there is plenty to satisfy your lunchtime hunger.
