Dig into December at the Lloyd Farmers Market

It’s a blustery December day, but you can find cover and fresh local food at the Lloyd Farmers Market. With hot coffee from Central City Coffee, and made to order tamale bowls at Mixteca and crepes from Cafe de Crepe you can fuel up for the rest of your day.

What produce is still around in December, you say? You’ll find over 20 varieties of apples, pears, and Asian pears at Kiyokawa Family Orchards, fresh and flavorful greens and roots at Greenville Farms, and wild harvested truffles and mushrooms at Nature’s Wild Harvest.

We also have Raindance Organic here through December offering a full line of handcrafted medical herbs, cold-pressed oils, butters, hydrosols, and essential oils.

A reminder we are open next week on 12/18/18, and then closed for our end of the year break on 12/25/18 and 1/1/19. We will resume for 2019 on 1/8/19.

At Market Today:
Cafe de Crepe – made to order crepes offering savory and sweet options, with inventive and delicious flavor combinations
Central City Coffee – fresh drip, pour over and cold brew by the cup and small batch roasted coffee beans by the bag
Greenville Farms – produce, jam, eggs, sausages, fresh roasted peppers
Kiyokawa Family Orchards – apples and pears
Mixteca – traditional Oaxacan tamales and mole
Nature’s Wild Harvest – fresh and dried mushrooms and other foraged goodies, honey
Raindance Organics – organic, plant-based tinctures and body care products for everyday needs
The Hummus Stop – hummus, baba ganoush, pita and other Mediterranean snacks
