Spring Treats & Leafy Green Eats today at the Lloyd Farmers Market

April 23, 2019

Spot that spinach, grab that kale, and love that lettuce. All things green and leafy are in season and waiting for a salad or supper in your future. Find beautiful bundles at Udan Farm and Greenville Farms, plus the seasons’ last blast of rapini for a splash of color.

For those out for a late breakfast or mid-day pick me up, you’ll find hot coffee and fresh roasted beans from Central City Coffee. Bringing a rotating roast to enjoy by the cup each week, you can taste your way through the full line and take home a bag of your favorite.

For that pang of hunger on the horizon you’ll find hand made Oaxacan tamales, mole, tacos and more at Mixteca and fresh made to order crepes from Cafe de Crepe. Vegetarian and gluten-free options available from both.

We are joined again by SNAP-match sponsor Getaround. You can find them under the purple tent in the courtyard with information and registration specials for their car sharing application. See below for more photos and a full list of vendors at the market today. We are open from 10am-2pm and look forward to seeing you here.
