School’s are letting out, the first heat wave of the season is upon us, and sun hats are out in full force. That means summer is here in most it’s forms, and summer is a great time for a visit to the farmers market.
Udan Farm is back this week, and with garlic scapes, tender green beans, and summer squash. Greenvilles Farms is flush with strawberries, rhubarb, sweet onions, lettuces, and more.
Porcini and morel mushrooms are still on season at Nature’s Wild Harvest, so grab a bag before they are gone just like the rainy days of spring. You’ll also find fresh lunch options and cold beverages to cool you down, see below for more photos and a full list of vendors here today.
