Spring blossoms today at the Lloyd Farmers Market!

Today it’s a beautiful day at the Lloyd Farmers Market! Spring is here, and the trees are blossoming throughout the courtyard.

In addition to the variety of spring greens like kale, chard and lettuce, today Greenville Farms has purple sprouting broccoli! PSB is a classic Northwest crop of this season, sweetened by frost and flowering week after week.

Today’s market also features bread and pastries from Tabor Bread, pastured meat from Birkeland Farm, fresh and aged cheeses from By George Farm, and bouquets of fresh cut flowers from Mom’s Flower Farm!

We want to let you all know that we’re keeping a close watch on the latest news regarding the coronavirus, and are taking steps to help our shoppers and vendors protect themselves. As always, the onsite bathroom adjacent to the market has soap and hot water for handwashing. We will also have hand sanitizer available at the market information booth, and we are encouraging vendors to carry it at their booths as well. We are encouraging our vendors and customers to take note if you are experiencing symptoms such as fever or dry cough. If you are, please stay home to take care of yourself and protect others.
