Do Your Part to Keep Lloyd Farmers Market Safe (instructions provided)

We are happy to say that tomorrow March 24th, the Lloyd Farmers Market will be open, providing healthy food to the community and providing a venue for our local farmers and small-businesses to continue operating during this time. Like grocery stores, farmers markets are continuing to operate as essential businesses, as formally recognized by the State of Oregon last week.

We want everyone who has sent us their concerns, comments and support over the past few days to know that we hear you. Operating the farmers market in a safe way is our top priority, and we are implementing significant precautionary measures to protect the health of our shoppers, vendors and the community as a whole. These precautionary measures will be updated as necessary – please check our website here for the most up-to-date information.

At the farmers market tomorrow:

Birkeland Farm – grass fed beef, pasture raised chicken and eggs from Beavercreek OR
By George Farm – fresh and aged Jersey cow’s milk cheeses, duck eggs
Greenville Farms – produce, jam, eggs, sausages, cookies, smoked salmon
Mindful Mushrooms – cultivated and wild-foraged mushrooms, mushroom powders and tinctures
Mixteca – traditional Oaxacan tamales, mole bowls, tacos, hot drinks and more
Mom’s Flower Farm – bouquets of dried flowers
Tabor Bread – wood-fired sourdough bread and whole grain pastries
The Hummus Stop – hummus, baba ganoush, pita and other Mediterranean snacks
The Urban Acre Homestead – hyper-local produce grown in NE Portland
