Today we welcome back Valley Berry Farm, with Hood strawberries by the pint, flat and half-flat, and Greenville Farms has Hoods as well! These little deep-red bursts of flavor are an Oregon treasure (not available elsewhere in the US), and an ephemeral one. The season for Hoods usually only lasts about three weeks, so get them while they last! Raspberries, blueberries and blackberries are just a few weeks away.
We have a small number of Lloyd Farmers Market posters that we’re hoping to get up in offices, businesses and apartment buildings in the vicinity. If you’d be able to hang a poster in one of these places, you can stop by the farmers market today to pick one up, or email ari@hollywoodfarmersmarket.org and we’ll get a poster to you. Thanks for helping us get the word out about the Lloyd Farmers Market!
See below for a full list of today’s vendors; we’re open today until 2pm. See you at the market!
