It’s feeling more like spring each week at the Lloyd Farmers Market; the cherry trees here in the courtyard are about to blossom. Greenville Farms has mountains of greens as always, including lettuce, bok choy, spinach, collards and kale.
Fink’s Fermented Foods has some new products alongside his kimchi and sauerkraut – a dehydrated sauerkraut salt, and a fermented mushroom sauce, made with mushrooms from Oregon Permaculture Works. The mushroom sauce is in short supply, so come early to snatch one up!
